Shipping Rates and Policies

Because each item is prepared individually, orders of multiple products may not shipped together, but when each piece is ready. We arrange the best possible shipping for each item. Therefore, shipping charges are based on a per item basis.

All TheaterPrint.com posters are shipped in a tube using standard ground service via either USPS, FedEx or UPS.

Orders typically ship within 5 business days and standard delivery times apply. Orders shipped outside the contiguous 48 US States will require additional delivery times.

Shipping is billed according to your shipping address within the Continental US (lower 48 States) using standard delivery via UPS or FedEx. These carriers do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

New York residents will be charged appropriate sales tax.

No paperwork is sent with orders. Your order confirmation email serves as your receipt.

Tracking Numbers are sent to your email address after your order is processed.

In the unlikely event of a damage, we ask that you notify us within 7 days of receipt. Please retain all packaging materials, etc. in the event that a carrier inspection is required.
