TheaterPrint's Recommended Framing
Our
recommended framing is an all-wood construction with a simple, classic
profile, finished in rich black satiny gesso. 36" prints are single
matted and 20" and 28" prints are double matted,1 3/4" wide all around
the print image, with the top mat offset by 1/8" from the bottom mat.
All mats are white and bevel-cut. The framing is sealed with premium
clear acrylic and foamcore backing. Each comes ready to hang with
hanging hardware included.
The professional assembly includes the following:
* Mounting print to foamcore backing * Cutting and installing UV-resistant clear acrylic glazing * Cutting mats * Installing glazing, mat, and print into frame * Mounting dust cover * Mounting wall savers * Installing screws and wire
